Scope
This policy covers the SBC Forms portal hosted on SafetyBuzzCampus, including authenticated company admin, employee, and platform admin experiences.
Information we process
- Account data — name, email, company membership, and role assignments.
- Operational records — form submissions, job logs, attachments, time events, training records, and optional GPS points submitted through assigned workflows.
- Technical data — session identifiers, request logs, and release metadata used for security and reliability.
Employee device privacy
Authenticated pages, site images, form submissions, and GPS history are not cached for offline viewing on employee devices. Only explicitly saved offline draft answers may remain in the browser until foreground sync; files, signatures, GPS, and credentials are excluded.
Signed-in employees can clear private device drafts from Profile → Device privacy.
How data is used
Data is used to operate assigned safety and compliance workflows for your company, produce reports for authorized administrators, and maintain auditability of field activity. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and access
Company administrators control most operational records within their tenant. Platform administrators can access cross-tenant metadata required for support and rollout. Contact your company admin for corrections to time punches or submitted forms.
